In fact, not all design programs even permit adding fully functional landing lights in FSX, as I have found out with FSDS3 - a great program to work with, but unfortunately suffering this shortcoming. The Supronov Designs Yak also has the airstairs animated at the back of it which can be opened too. Somebody might have had a go at doing that, but I don't know for sure, you could try looking int the AVSIM file library when it gets back up and running.
Might be to heavy ion poly's. The only addon I've seen boarding ramps in is GSX from fsdreamteam which is a good addon to bring some action at airports.

That is a part of the aircraft's make-up, and not something that can be added. I haven't come across Airport boarding ramps airstaire in the freeware addons.
